San Francisco Home Prices, Market Conditions & Trends February 2022. 2022 began with a wide mix of economic indicators: Interest rates and inflation increasing, financial markets turbulent, but buyer demand strong and the inventory of listings for sale very low. After the mid-winter slowdown, new listing activity and sales climb rapidly through spring, typically the most dynamic selling season of the year.
