From the moment we walked into this sun drenched dream, it was impossible to not fall in love. This home has always been known for it's classic architectural style and it's rare location. As we spent more and more time there we found ourselves gazing into the open space next door, admiring the presidio library park and wanting to cozy up with a book beneath the french windows. But, there was work to be done!
So the process began! Starting with Wolk Development: Brian Wolk and his team came in and decided the specifics of the remodel and the time frame of execution. The goal was to remodel the home while preserving it's traditional charm, that is exactly what the Wolk team did, and then some! In less than two months, Brian Wolk and his team transformed 3103 Clay Street into a story book home. The kitchen was completely remodeled, creating an airy environment and convenient space. With oceanic gray glass backsplash, fresh white maple shaker cabinets, crisp Cerrera marble counter tops, and an expansive island, Clay's kitchen blossomed. The main level bathrooms were chiseled into little gems, the master sun room and closet space were opened to perfection, and after the original hardwood floors were finished, they glowed honey blonde.

Next, our interior designer, Jennifer King (Founder of Design Decorous), came in and used her talents to showcase the home in the best of light. By helping our contractor find the perfect lighting fixtures and then accentuating Clay's character with staging and style, something magical happened. We proudly got to see Clay sparkle like the masterpiece we always knew it was.
However, the fun wasn't over quite yet! The doors were then opened and we shared the home with the outside. Bringing it on the market was everything we hoped and was over fast. In under 13 days on the market, 3103 Clay Street was in contract, with multiple offers. Let's just say that we left something better than we found it. The final outcome = happy sellers, lucky buyers, and proud team members.
